Welcome to Sakira Braiding. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Sakira Braiding provides professional hair braiding services including, but not limited to, knotless braids, box braids, cornrows, passion twists, Senegalese twists, and faux locs. All services are performed by trained and experienced stylists.

  • Service availability is subject to appointment scheduling
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, and style complexity
  • A consultation may be required for complex or custom styles

2. Appointments

Booking

Appointments can be requested via our website contact form, phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Arrival

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling
  • Please come with clean, detangled hair unless a wash service has been booked

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are as follows:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment
  • We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may cause harm to the client or stylist
  • Our salon maintains strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times

5. Children

Children are welcome at Sakira Braiding. A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the appointment for clients under 18 years of age.

6. Satisfaction & Corrections

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will do our best to make it right. We cannot offer corrections or refunds for services that have been accepted at the time of completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sakira Braiding and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakira Braiding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
